Whatever the size and construction of your property we have over 27 years’ experience in designing and installing heating systems that’ll keep you warm and cosy in the winter and yet are extremely efficient to run. In order to do this we believe it’s important to take time at the design stage to discuss your requirements in detail and investigate the layout, age and construction of your property so that we can advise you on the system that’ll work best for you. We’ll then provide you with a detailed quote so you can be sure of exactly what we’re pricing for and what the work is going to cost you.

Chosing The Right Boiler Option

Whether you’re installing a completely new heating system, or you just want to replace an existing boiler that’s broken down or become unreliable, there are many factors we consider when selecting the correct boiler, the main ones include:

• the most appropriate fuel type i.e. natural gas, LPG, oil, electric etc.
• the size of  your property and number of bathrooms
• the available mains water pressure
• the number of people living in the property
• any additional heat sources currently on site or proposed in the future i.e. solar panels/wood burners
• the age and level of insulation of the property
• the current Building Regulation requirements.
• the likelihood of any possible extensions or alterations to the property in the future

Whatever design and size of boiler is most appropriate for your property, it’s been our policy for many years to recommend choosing a quality manufacturer, such as Worcester Bosch or Baxi, who offer extended guarantees on their products as, in our experience, although it's possible to save several hundred pounds by purchasing a cheaper alternative they frequently prove to be very unreliable in the long term and expensive to repair. In fact on a number of occasions we’ve had customers insist that we replace these ‘cheap’ boilers after only 6 or 7 years of use due to reliability and repair cost issues.

Aftersales

We believe that offering comprehensive aftersales support is an important part of providing a professional, reliable service to our customers. Consequently, in addition to our 3 year workmanship guarantee on all our new work, we also provide an ongoing annual boiler servicing and boiler repair service and are happy to offer help and advice in connection with any other plumbing issues you may encounter in the future.
